Steve visits employers in the constituency

He has been finding out about what they do and how they are finding things at the moment in the tough economic environment.

Some of the places he has visited include: Hoerbiger, RICE Estate Agents, Serco, Education Staffing Link, Magnet, Fitness First and PWC Access Solutions.

Steve said: "I think it's important for me as the MP for Birmingham Selly Oak to listen constantly to local businesses and employers and to support their growth."

"I want to make sure I'm as accessible as possible and that I am hearing the views of local employers so I know what it is really like at the coalface."
